Supply Chain Management at the Yale New Haven Health System is committed to contributing to improved patient outcomes by exceeding the expectations of our clinicians and leadership by providing relevant supply chain knowledge in the selection, procurement, movement and use of supplies, services and equipment. Protection of the Earth’s environment is essential for healthy communities. The Yale New Haven Health System is committed to avoiding harm to human and environmental health, and to improving environmental quality.
Toward that end, the Yale New Haven Health System has identified Environmental Stewardship as one of the tenets of its definition of Corporate Citizenship. The purpose of Environmental Stewardship is to minimize waste, prevent pollution, conserve natural resources, reduce costs, and model environmental protection practices within the health care industry.

EPP principles may not be the sole factor in determining product selection but will be weighed with other quality, service, and total cost components.

Registration gives Yale New Haven Health System decision makers access to your company’s information when conducting supplier searches. Be sure to update your registration annually. Registration in the supplier portal does not guarantee a business opportunity, place your company on an approved vendor list, or obligate Yale New Haven Health System or its affiliates to solicit requests for bids, quotations or proposals, but it opens the door to future opportunities.

Once you register on the Yale New Haven Health Vendor Portal and become an official supplier; our organization can engage you for potential sourcing events. Any supplier awarded a contract with Yale New Haven Health System will be required to receive vendor credentials via Vendormate for onsite visits. We invite you to join our vendor credentialing program so we may establish a mutually beneficial relationship. Please take a few minutes to join and share your information in our growing community by visiting this portal. Once you arrive on that page search for Customer Name: Yale New Haven Health System.
If you are the first from your company to register with us, you may have to pay an annual credentialing fee. The annual credentialing fee covers you, your company, and all its representatives who interact with us. The amount varies depending on your company's profile and is paid directly to our partner, Vendormate Credentialing. When you visit our facilities you must sign in to a kiosk where you will receive an identification badge to be worn throughout your stay (maximum of one day per badge- if you have to visit multiple days, you will need to print a new badge each day). We appreciate your participation in this program.
Once we begin doing business with you, it is important that you understand that all purchases require a Yale New Haven Health System purchase order for payment. Respective invoices will not be paid without one of the following options:
