Routine blood draw and laboratory services are available. No appointment is needed. Requisition forms from labs other than Yale New Haven Hospital are accepted.

Diagnostic Radiology

Walk-in X-ray is available. An appointment is needed for all other services. For mammography services a physician, board-certified in breast imaging is onsite. Same day results are provided for most services.

Dermatology

Yale New Haven Hospital offers a variety of advanced treatments to prevent, diagnose and treat disorders and diseases of the skin. Dermatologists are available to perform regular skin checks, take biopsies, and treat acne, hair loss, lesions, and rashes associated with medication. Patients with chronic dermatologic conditions may be prescribed infusions that are administered either at home or at our infusion center.

Infusion

Our nurses specialize in infusion therapy and provide treatment in a comfortable setting. The Infusion Center offers comprehensive services to patients who require IV fluids or medications for a variety of medical conditions.

Neuroimmunology / Multiple Sclerosis

Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Center

Smilow Cancer Hospital Care Centers are dedicated to providing patients affected by cancer and blood diseases with individualized, innovative, convenient and caring medical treatment closer to home. Comprehensive cancer services are available onsite, including consultation, screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care. Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center specialists are available in medical oncology, hematology, breast oncology and other disease specialties.

Winchester Center for Lung Disease

Yale New Haven Hospital's Winchester Center for Lung Disease provides evaluation and treatment to patients with tuberculosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary vascular processes, lung cancer, cystic fibrosis and undiagnosed or general respiratory problems.

Appointments require a physician referral.
