As part of one of the nation’s top-ranked health systems, our board-certified physicians and healthcare team use evidence-based medical care to provide exceptional patient outcomes and have direct access to specialists within the renowned Yale School of Medicine.
Our team consists of board-certified physicians with specializations in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine and family medicine, certified physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, nurses, medical assistants, physical/occupational therapists and radiology technicians. Our team specializes in providing physicals and screenings recommended for employer groups as well the treatment and care of work-related injuries and illnesses.
