Dr. Sumner is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon. After graduating from Albany Medical College, Dr. Sumner completed a fellowship at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Sumner’s practice is largely dedicated to the treatment of adult spinal disorders, including degenerative and traumatic injuries
