Mirela Dumitrescu, MD, a board-certified rheumatology doctor, treats conditions including antiphospholipid antibodies, arthritis, bone densitometry, bursitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, connective tissue disease, dermatomyositis, diagnostic arthroscopic lavage, gout, infusion therapy, lupus, Lyme disease, neck disorders, neck pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, tendonitis and vasculitis. Dr. Dumitrescu earned her medical degree from University of Medicine and Pharmacy. She completed her residency at New York University and fellowship at State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook. Dr. Dumitrescu is fluent in English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian and Spanish.
