Diversity and Inclusion
Diversity and inclusion are important organizational values at Yale New Haven Health. The diversity of the communities we care for is reflected in the care providers and staff recruited to work here. YNHH recognizes the uniqueness of each employee and expects that those employees will provide high quality, family-centered care for all.
The Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion has formed hard-working councils at each YNHH site and puts together robust programming to ensure that all employees develop a fuller understanding of and commitment to diversity. Diversity and inclusion are important in new employee orientation as well as ongoing training for all staff.
The APPs at YNHH are as diverse as the communities we serve, and we are committed to providing equitable care for any patient that walks through the doors.
