Once you register on the Yale New Haven Health Vendor Portal and become an official supplier; our organization can engage you for potential sourcing events. Any supplier awarded a contract with Yale New Haven Health System will be required to receive vendor credentials via Vendormate for onsite visits. We invite you to join our vendor credentialing program so we may establish a mutually beneficial relationship. If you are the first from your company to register with us, you may have to pay an annual credentialing fee. The annual credentialing fee covers you, your company, and all its representatives who interact with us. The amount varies depending on your company's profile and is paid directly to our partner, Vendormate Credentialing. When you visit our facilities you must sign in to a kiosk where you will receive an identification badge to be worn throughout your stay (maximum of one day per badge- if you have to visit multiple days, you will need to print a new badge each day). We appreciate your participation in this program.
