Laboratory and radiology services are open

Did your doctor order a test? We’re open for blood draw and imaging services. It’s best to call ahead. We want to make sure you receive the care and services you need, when you need them.

• Radiology: If your doctor prescribes an X-ray or another radiology test, Yale New Haven Health offers advanced imaging services at convenient locations. A physician requisition form is required. All radiology exams, including general X-rays, need to be scheduled through the central scheduling lines, 203-688-1010 or 833-772-0003. We are currently not accepting walk-ins for general radiology. We also offer direct scheduling through MyChart for general radiology and screening mammograms.
  If you have MyChart, you can complete your COVID screening questions, CT scan intake forms and MRI safety screening forms before your appointment to save time and limit your interactions with others.
• Blood Draw: When your physician orders blood work, we make it easy with blood draw stations conveniently located in your community. A physician requisition form is required. All major insurance plans are accepted. Our blood draw stations honor requisitions from other labs. Please call 1-800-305-3278 for locations and hours of operation.
