On Jan. 24, Yale New Haven Hospital will adopt ONeCall as the new one-stop shop for easy access to accurate on-call schedules at the hospital. With its launch, ONeCall will replace the AMiON Who’s On page as the hub for on-call activity.
The upcoming transition is a major milestone in a multi-year joint effort by Yale New Haven Health and Yale Medicine to create a single platform for building and sharing provider on-call schedules across the health system. Over the past two years, the ONeCall team, in partnership with schedule solutions provider QGenda, has helped migrate hundreds of schedules to the new platform, and many more are planned in the coming months. Groups that have not yet transitioned to the new platform from AMiON or other systems will see a link from ONeCall until they are live on the new system.
Providers and staff will find links to ONeCall on the Epic toolbar, clinical workstations, MyApps, YNHHS-issued mobile devices and at ONeCall.ynhh.org. Eager for a sneak peek? A preview is available today. For additional information, email [email protected].
