Borgstrom and Peter N. Herbert, MD, Yale New Haven Hospital Advanced Nursing Education Scholarships. The scholarships provide tuition assistance of up to $10,000 annually to qualified employees working toward advanced nursing education to meet requirements for an APRN license. From April 1 - 30, Yale New Haven Health System will accept applications for the Betty Ruth Hollander Engineering and Science Scholarships. The scholarships are open to children and grandchildren of health system employees, including full- and part-time employees of Yale New Haven, Bridgeport, Greenwich, Lawrence + Memorial and Westerly hospitals and the Grimes Center. Children or grandchildren who have been admitted as undergraduates to Yale College to major in engineering or science may apply; applicants may also be current engineering or science undergraduates at Yale. The Cushing/Whitney Medical Library offers EZproxy, a one-step login tool that uses Epic credentials for off-campus access to library resources. Off-campus users can select a resource at the Yale medical library, and enter their Epic credentials when prompted.
