Yale New Haven Health System has a new partnership with Enterprise Rent A Car and National Car Rental that will make it less expensive for employees to rent cars for select business and personal use, reduce the cost of business-related travel for the health system and help standardize business travel reimbursement system-wide. Employees, YNHHS-employed physicians and members of the medical staffs who use the YNHHS contract ID number (XZ24YNH) when renting from either company will, in most cases, receive lower rental rates that include rental car insurance for greater protection. Before their first rental with Enterprise or National, employees and physicians should enroll in Emerald Club, which is free, to ensure they receive the appropriate rates, services and benefits each time they rent. To enroll online, go to www.nationalcar.com/offer/XZ24YNH into an internet browser. Enrollment takes approximately five minutes and membership is active immediately. For more information about the YNHHS rental car benefit, email [email protected] or [email protected].
