Jovita Thomas-Williams, Adam Bennett, Margaret O'Reilly


Jovita Thomas-Williams has been named vice president, Human Resources, Yale New Haven Hospital. She was previously vice president and chief human resources officer at the University of Toledo and UT Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Before that, she founded and led her own management services firm and held senior HR leadership positions with MGM Resorts International, Allied Signal and Pepsi-Cola. Thomas-Williams earned her BS from Tuskegee Institute in Alabama, and both her MBA and master's in industrial & labor relations degrees from Cornell University in New York.

Adam Bennett has been named director, Respiratory Care, Yale New Haven Hospital. He joined YNHH in 2014 as program manager for the hospital's Sleep Medicine program. Before that, he held leadership positions in Endocrinology and Sleep Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. Bennett earned his BS in respiratory care from the University of Kansas and his MBA from Baker University.

Margaret O'Reilly, RN, MSN, has been named off-shift clinical executive program manager, Yale New Haven Hospital. She joined the former Hospital of Saint Raphael in 1997 and has since held a number of management roles, including off-shift patient care manager at the Saint Raphael Campus and off-shift nurse leader, responsible for clinical oversight of both campuses. O'Reilly earned her associate's degree in nursing from Ona M. Wilcox College of Nursing, her BS in finance from Western Connecticut State College and her MS in nursing from Sacred Heart University.
