All Yale New Haven Hospital employees are invited to learn more about career opportunities in high-demand areas at YNHH and Yale New Haven Health System at upcoming Career Pathways Exploration Fairs:
Representatives from these areas will be available to describe the job roles and what it’s like to work in their departments:
In addition, representatives from Talent Acquisition, HRConnect, the Institute for Excellence and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging will share information about ways employees may continue their education and other career-development resources available to all employees.
Plus, EdAssist will also be on hand to help employees navigate their education options and share information on managing the YNHHS tuition reimbursement process for selected programs. (Visit Ed Assist on Infor for details on program offerings.)
Also at the fair, employees can learn more about YNHHS’ internal training programs, including EEG/neuroscience tech, EMT/paramedic, Unlicensed Assistive Personnel residency (UAP) and Patient Financial Access Services (PFAS).
