Benjamin Tudor has been named system director of Compensation for YNHHS. He joined the health system in 2019 as program director, Provider Compensation, and was promoted to director, Provider Compensation and Business Arrangements in 2020. Before joining YNHHS, Tudor held roles of increasing responsibility at Veralon, a business management consulting firm serving the healthcare industry. He earned his master’s of health administration from Cornell University and his BA in international studies from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
