Employees make a difference through their feedback – and Yale New Haven Health wants to hear from you!
Health system leaders are asking employees to participate in the 2021 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey by providing honest, candid feedback. This spring’s brief, 12-question survey, themed “The Power of Partnership,” is designed to act as a “check in” to see how you – and YNHHS – are doing. Responses will help leaders assess progress from the last survey in October 2020 in the focus areas of communication, safety, employee well-being, accountability and action-taking. Employees’ feedback helps leaders understand what YNHHS is doing well and what needs to be done to ensure a great work environment.
YNHHS’ survey vendor, Glint, Inc., will again administer this survey. The independent company will compile employees’ confidential responses and provide results in aggregate; no individual responses will be shared.
Survey participation is open to all employees hired on or before April 12, 2021. Every employee with a health system email address will receive an email from “YNHHS Engagement Survey” Monday, May 10, with a link to the survey. Employees can also find the link on the employee intranet or at ynhhs.org/employeesurvey. (Link will open to survey May 10.)
Employees without computer access at work, or those who prefer to complete the survey at home, may access it on any computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access.
As they did last year, employees will use a private password to take the survey. This password provides access to Glint’s confidential site and links responses to the correct organization and reporting structure.
All employees are strongly encouraged to complete the survey, as high participation strengthens the quality of results.
The spring 2021 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey closes on Sunday, May 23.
