Fairs help employees find the perfect career – right here!

Throughout October, Yale New Haven Health held career exploration fairs for employees at each delivery network. Staff and managers provided information about opportunities in high-demand areas such as Nursing and Nursing Support, Radiology, Laboratory, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing. Representatives from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, HRConnect, EdAssist and the Institute for Excellence provided information about YNHHS resources to help employees with education and training for careers in these areas.
