Beth Liebhardt, RN, MSN; Marc Tangredi, RN
Beth Liebhardt, RN, MSN, has been named executive director of Emergency Services, Yale New Haven Hospital. She was previously director of Emergency Services at Froedtert Hospital, an academic medical center associated with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Liebhardt earned her associate degree in nursing from Cardinal Stritch University, and her BSN and MSN from Marquette University.
Marc Tangredi, RN, has been named director of Yale New Haven’s Capacity Coordination Center. In his new role, he will lead the effort to deploy the Center’s tools, dashboards and processes across the health system. Tangredi joined Yale New Haven Hospital in 1996 as an Operating Room associate and during his career has served as a hospital corpsman the U.S. Navy, Emergency Department technical associate and nurse, utilization review nurse and assistant patient service manager and interim patient service manager on Medicine (EP 9-5). He was most recently an off-shift clinical executive at the hospital. Tangredi earned his BSN from Sacred Heart University and his MS in healthcare administration from the University of New Haven.
