Cathleen Donoghue, RN, MSN; M. Ryan Strouse, RN, MBA
Cathleen Donoghue, RN, MSN, has been named patient service manager, Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital Inpatient Pediatric and Pediatric Ambulatory units at the Bridgeport Hospital Campus. She was previously service line educator for Pediatric Short Stay, 7W Neuro and Medical Specialty and Bridgeport Hospital Pediatric inpatient units. Before joining YNHCH, she worked at Blythedale Children’s Hospital, Valhalla, NY. She is also an adjunct clinical instructor for the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. Donoghue earned her BSN from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and her MSN from the University of Phoenix.
M. Ryan Strouse, RN, MBA, has been named patient service manager, Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit, after serving as interim PSM. Strouse, who joined YNHH’s CTICU three years ago, has over seven years of nursing experience, including five years in leadership roles. He earned his BSN from Pensacola Christian College and his MBA from Liberty University.
