Monica Fradkin, RN, MPH, has been named clinical program director, Smilow Network. She will oversee clinical operations at Smilow Cancer Care Centers in Torrington, Waterbury, Derby, Orange, North Haven, Guilford and Old Saybrook. Fradkin has more than 20 years of oncology experience, including 10 years at Smilow Cancer Care Center at Yale New Haven. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Connecticut and her MPH from New York Medical College.
