Reminders about using the new YNHHS brand

Yale New Haven Health System’s online Brand Center makes it easy for employees to download templates for email signatures, PowerPoint presentations and office communications materials such as memos, letterhead and agendas. The Brand Center website can be accessed on the intranet, under “References.” Use your regular, single sign-on login user name and password.

• To change your email signature: Visit the “Email signature” page on Brand Center, found under the “Download Logos and Templates” tab, and scroll down to find templates you can copy and paste into your Outlook email signature.
• To download PowerPoint templates: Open PowerPoint as if you were creating a new presentation and follow the instructions in the yellow box. You can choose from different templates for each delivery network. To ensure materials meet YNHHS brand standards, health system and delivery network logos are not available for download. To request an item with a logo, please click “submit a project request” on Brand Center. All branded merchandise, printed materials, signage, uniforms and apparel must be produced by YNHHS-approved vendors. Marketing and Communications must approve any use of a corporate logo.
