YNHHS wants to hear from you! 2020 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey available now

Employees make a difference through their daily actions and their feedback. That’s why Yale New Haven Health System’s leadership is again seeking employees’ confidential, candid feedback on the 2020 Employee Engagement Pulse Survey. The online survey went live Oct. 5 and will remain available until Sunday, Oct. 18. All employees are encouraged to participate and all responses are confidential. 

The survey, themed The Power of Partnership, should take about 10 minutes. Responses will help leaders assess progress from past engagement surveys and understand what YNHHS is doing well and what it needs to work on to ensure a great work environment. 

YNHHS has engaged a new vendor, Glint, Inc., to administer this year’s survey. The independent company will compile employees’ confidential responses and provide results in aggregate; no individual responses will be shared.

Survey participation is open to all employees hired on or before Sept. 1, 2020. Every employee with a health system email address should have received an email Oct. 5 with a link to the survey. Employees can also find the survey link on their organization’s main intranet landing page or go directly to the survey site.

As they did last year, employees will use a private password to take the survey. This password provides access to Glint’s confidential site and links responses to the correct organization and reporting structure. 

The 2020 Employee Engagement Survey closes at midnight Sunday, Oct. 18.
