Have you ever missed a Kronos time clock swipe on your way into or out of work?
If so, you probably received an email from [email protected] notifying you of the missed swipe. Now, you’ll receive an email from [email protected].
That might not seem like a big change, but there’s more to it than a different email address.
A team from Digital Technology Solutions, Corporate HRIS, Payroll and Corporate Finance recently collaborated to create an in-house version of an outside program called Cognitive Health, which automatically notified employees and managers of missed swipes or unapproved timecards. By replacing Cognitive Health with the in-house solution, YNHHS will save nearly $50,000 a year.
