The 2019 Know Your Numbers Plus employee wellness reward incentive period ends Friday, Aug. 30.
Launched in May, the KYN Plus program gives employees the opportunity to take an active role in their health and earn financial rewards, such as credit toward next year’s YNHHS medical premium or achievement of this year’s PIP goal.
Benefits-eligible employees may earn up to $500 credit toward their 2020 YNHHS medical premiums. They can earn $150 credit by completing a basic health screening and up to $350 more in credit by participating in personal choice activities. Participation is voluntary. Employees who chose not to participate do not incur any penalties or surcharges, but will simply pay the regular premiums.
Even benefits-eligible employees who do not participate in YNHHS medical plans may choose to “know their numbers” by participating in an onsite health screening. Participation helps YNHH achieve its 2019 KYN PIP goal.
All employees may complete a basic screening at one of several YNHHS locations, including these at YNHH:
Make an appointment through the RedBrick Health Employee Wellness Portal, accessible from the YNHH employee intranet or go to the pickatime.com website. Walk-ins are welcome during screening hours. Benefits-eligible employees may also choose to have their screening done by a personal physician or at a participating CVS MinuteClinic. Instructions and forms are on the RedBrick Portal.
Health screening results are completely confidential. Your personal health data will be handled carefully and protected. Your results will not be shared with YNHHS.
Employees may choose from personal choice activities to earn up to an additional $350 credit. The deadline for completing personal choice activities is also Aug. 30. Details about personal choice activities and other Know Your Numbers Plus information are on the RedBrick portal.
