Are you struggling to manage work responsibilities while trying to navigate online learning for your child? Perhaps your child is preparing for college and could use assistance with college essays or resume building. The Volunteer Services Department has implemented a free tutoring program to help YNHH employees with these needs. The YNHH Volunteer Tutoring Program offers tutoring assistance for children in grades 6-12. Each child will be matched with a college volunteer who has been fully vetted by Volunteer Services and previously contributed hours to hospital volunteer programs. The volunteer tutor will work with you and your child to determine which virtual platform (Zoom, Skype, etc.) and schedule will work. For more information, contact Devin Giguere: 203-688-3299 or [email protected]. This program is available to YNHH employees only.
