Third time’s a charm

For the third time, Yale New Haven Hospital’s Rehabilitation and Wellness Center has earned the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for achieving patient satisfaction scores above the 95th percentile each month during fiscal year 2020. The 24-bed center opened in 2015 in what was previously Milford Hospital and is now the Milford Campus of Bridgeport Hospital. The center provides one-on-one, intensive therapy and support services for patients from throughout the region with neurological disorders, trauma, limb loss, joint replacements and other conditions. Center staff recently posed with two of their trophies.
