Francine LoRusso, RN, MHA, vice

Vascular Center, Transplantation Center
and Medicine Services, recently received the
Doris M. Armstrong Award for Outstanding
Contributions to Nursing Administration
from the Connecticut Nurses Association
(CNA). The award recognizes exceptional
work in practice, education, administration,
political action and service to the CNA. The
Armstrong Award is one of the CNA’s Diamond Jubilee Awards, which are named after distinguished leaders in the state’s nursing history and represent the highest honor the CNA bestow on its members.
