Flu vaccination program underway; COVID vaccines offered at select locations

Employee flu vaccinations - along with the most recent Moderna mRNA COVID vaccine – are available at various onsite YNHHS locations beginning the week of Oct. 7. Vaccine scheduling is underway.

Participation in the annual flu vaccination program, or having an approved medical or religious exemption, is a condition of employment for all employees, including those working remotely. The deadline for flu vaccination, declination (where applicable) or approved exemption is Dec. 1, 2024. COVID vaccinations are optional.

The 2024-2025 Moderna mRNA COVID vaccine is also available for YNHHS employees at select onsite vaccination clinics until Dec. 1. This latest vaccine is highly recommended to help protect against currently circulating variants of COVID.

Employees must make an appointment for both vaccines by signing into Infor:

• On the homepage in the Employee Information section, select Employee Health. 
• Click Get Your Flu Vaccine to schedule your flu vaccination.
• Click Schedule a COVID Vaccine to schedule your COVID vaccination.

To get both vaccinations at the same time, schedule back-to-back appointments for each.

Volunteers, students, travelers, vendors, and non-employed licensed independent practitioners may schedule an appointment for a flu vaccination through YNHHS Get Vaccinated or a COVID vaccination through https://vaccinepartner.ynhh.org/.

Alternatively, employees may get vaccinated by their primary care physician, at a YNHHS outpatient pharmacy or at a participating retail pharmacy in the CVS Caremark vaccination network or a CVS Minute Clinic. Information and forms for off-site vaccination and submitting documentation are on Infor; Employee Health; Flu Validation/Exemption.

All employees are also required to complete the online flu module on the Infor Learning Management System (LMS) by Dec. 1. For more information, email [email protected].
