May 23 is Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Day, when $1 from every iced coffee sold at Dunkin’ helps support programs for hospitalized children and their families, including here at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital. With proceeds from Iced Coffee Day last year, the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation awarded YNHCH a $50,000 grant to expand its art and music therapy programs throughout the Children’s Hospital. So have a coffee on ice and do something nice for patients at YNHCH.
With the end of the national public health emergency, YNHHS is updating its masking guidelines. As of May 11, staff is no longer required to mask in public areas. However, employee masking is still required:

Yale New Haven Hospital’s Mobile Mammography unit now visits Old Saybrook Medical Center, 633 Middlesex Turnpike, 8:45 am -2:15 pm every other Monday. For appointments, call 1-833-772-0003. The mobile unit is equipped with both 3D mammography and screening ultrasound and staffed by a mammography technologist and mammography ultrasound technologist, along with a mammography assistant. As with images taken at YNHH’s brick-and-mortar sites, mammogram and breast ultrasound images taken in the mobile unit are electronically sent to YNHH radiologists for reading.
