All employees are invited to a Let’s Talk event featuring keynote speaker Ashton Applewhite, who will use COVID-19 lessons learned to show how discrimination related to age and disability often causes problems. Applewhite will also discuss how ageism and ableism (discrimination against the disabled) separate us as a society and create barriers to employment. The event, sponsored by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, will be noon - 1:30 pm Wednesday, Sept. 8, via Zoom. Attendance at this event earns credit towards the 2021 corporate objective and PIP goals. To register and receive the Zoom link, visit the Infor Learning Management System.
