Haven’t completed your Know Your Numbers (KYN) Plus activities? You can still earn up to $500 credit toward your 2022 YNHHS medical plan premium (benefits-eligible employees only), but the Sept. 15 deadline is almost here!
Step 1: Enroll in Virgin Pulse
If you haven’t already, enroll in Virgin Pulse to complete KYN activities, track your earned medical premium credit and access additional resources and tools to help you thrive: join.virginpulse.com/ynhhs
Step 2: Receive a biometric screening
A biometric screening is required in order to earn credit through the KYN program. Although on-site screenings at YNHHS locations have ended, you can still receive a biometric screening off-site from your physician or at a CVS Caremark location and upload documentation to Virgin Pulse. The last day for screening and submitting documentation is Wednesday, Sept. 15. Follow these instructions on how to receive an off-site screening. Earned credit for a biometric screening is $200.
Step 3: Complete Thrive personal choice activities
Earn additional KYN credit by completing personal choice activities. Credit amounts vary by activity. Earned credit remains “locked” until you receive a biometric screening. Visit dept.ynhh.org/thrive and select My Health from the topics listing for full details (internal network only).
Don’t leave $500 on the table. Check on your earned rewards (in network only).
