Catrice Proctor, RN, MSN, has been named patient services manager, Trauma Surgery (SP 6-4). She joined Yale New Haven Hospital in 2009 as a nurse on a General Medicine unit before transitioning to the Emergency Department. She became assistant manager at Trinity Health of New England before returning to YNHH in 2020 to become assistant PSM. Proctor earned her Diploma in Nursing from Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, Reading, PA, and her BSN and MSN from Chamberlain University.
