The American Heart Association recently presented a medallion to leadership at Yale New Haven Health in appreciation of our Heart and Vascular Center (HVC) becoming the first donor to the Heart Association’s Second Century Campaign. The medallion recognizes the HVC’s commitment and generosity in transforming the future of heart health and its role as a catalyst for change in communities throughout Connecticut.
