YNHH Auxiliary marks 30 years of the Toy Closet

At its annual meeting Sept. 27, the Yale New Haven Hospital Auxiliary celebrated 30 years of the Toy Closet, which collects and distributes toys to patients at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital throughout the year. WTNH News 8 anchor Ann Nyberg, who founded the Toy Closet program, was guest speaker at the 70th annual meeting. Christopher O’Connor, CEO and president, Yale New Haven Health, (left), also joined Auxiliary members at WoodWinds in Branford.
