YNHHS acquires PhysicianOne Urgent Care

Yale New Haven Health System has fully acquired PhysicianOne Urgent Care and all 26 of its locations across Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. 

For the past six years, YNHHS has had a close clinical affiliation with PhysicianOne, a top-rated urgent care provider with skilled clinicians who treat a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. YNHHS has helped provide PhysicianOne patients access to our high-quality primary care clinicians and specialists. 

The acquisition is an important component of YNHHS’ growth strategy and commitment to expand access to high-quality services across the region. It expands the comprehensive range of health services the health system offers, including our existing urgent care centers in Fairfield and Milford, NEMG walk-ins across Connecticut and orthopedic walk-in centers in North Haven and Stamford.
