Laboratory presents ROSE and Rookie awards
Lisa Esposito (left), administrative associate, recently received the Department of Laboratory Medicine’s annual ROSE Award for exceptional service, commitment and dedication. ROSE is an acronym for Recognition of Outstanding Service and Esprit de corps. Nicole Bowers, outpatient phlebotomist, received the Rookie of the Year Award, given to a staff member with five or fewer years of service for exceptional contributions to the department. The awards are presented annually during National Medical Laboratory Professionals Week in April.
