Denise M. Carr, RN; Sara Eder Infantino, RN
Denise M. Carr, RN, BSN, has been named patient service manager, Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital inpatient Hematology/ Oncology/BMT unit; Smilow and Trumbull Hematology/Oncology/BMT specialty treatment centers; and the Pediatric Infusion center (WP 2). Since joining Yale New Haven Hospital in 1986, Carr has worked in the infant and toddler unit, pediatric outpatient specialty treatment center, and as assistant patient service manager for the Hematology/Oncology/BMT specialty treatment center and general pediatric infusion center in New Haven. She earned her BSN from Southern Connecticut State University and is pursuing her MSN at the University of New Haven.
Sarah Eder Infantino, RN, MS, has been named patient service manager, Women’s Oncology (NP 14). She joined YNHH in 2007 as a staff nurse on Women’s Oncology and advanced to service line educator and outpatient practice nurse. After leaving Connecticut and working as an oncology case manager, she returned to Smilow Cancer Hospital to become assistant patient service manager of NP 14 in 2015. Infantino earned her BSN from Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s in healthcare administration from the University of New Haven.
