Practice Administrative Lead Workshop is a hit with attendees

“Who says learning can’t be fun?” said Leticia Tantillo, practice supervisor, referring to the Greenwich region Practice Administrative Lead (PAL) Workshop.

Starting in June, the quarterly educational session provided supervisors and PALs an opportunity to engage in team-building activities.

Workshops also covered these topics, geared toward personal development and enhancing operational efficiency:

• Leading and building customer-centric teams
• Customer-centric behavior and the impact on employees
• Recognizing employees for customer centricity

“The workshop was a success, and the PALs requested we conduct them bi-monthly,” said Tantillo. “Attendees found it to be informative and interesting.”
