In December, the Northeast Medical Group Practice Optimization Team conducted its quarterly S.O.A.R. (streamline, optimize and refine) session from the November Epic upgrade.
Key topics included functionality of the new DAR (Department Appointments Report) columns; “Order Again” from Chart Review; new blood pressure details in Vitals; using new Epic Downtime icons; viewing appointment records from the multi-provider schedule; and using macros within the Care Accommodations section.
