The Cigna Personal Health Coach, available to employees enrolled in the YNHHS Cigna Health Plan, can connect you with resources for your physical and mental well-being. Wondering where to start? Get no-cost consultations with nurses, behavioral specialists, social workers and registered dietitians through the Cigna Personal Health Coach program by calling 833-739-6447, option 4.
Mental, emotional and social health are important to your well-being, too. Cigna’s behavioral health network of local providers can treat a variety of conditions through virtual or in-person appointments – for you and your dependents, including children. In-network care is covered at 100 percent after meeting your deductible. Log into myCigna.com, select Find Care & Costs, choose Reason for Visit and enter Behavioral Health Counseling. Answer the questions to be matched with a therapist.
Keep in mind that YNHHS Employee and Family Resources offers an additional behavioral health benefit to all employees through Carelon Behavioral Health. You can receive up to six free visits before accessing your Cigna behavioral health benefits, which require a copay. Call Carelon at 877-275-6226, 24/7.
