YNHHS announces 2025 Open Enrollment

Yale New Haven Health’s annual open enrollment for 2025 benefits begins Monday, Oct. 28, and runs through Friday, Nov. 8, 2024. To prepare:

• NEW This year, you will receive a Total Rewards statement mailed to your home. Please review the details to understand the valuable rewards YNHHS provides. 
• Beginning Oct. 28, visit the virtual Benefits Fair where you can stop by “booths” of various YNHHS benefits vendors and connect to webinars and videos with information on benefits offerings. Attend the fair at virtualfairhub.com/YNHHS.
• To learn more about your 2025 benefits, including the medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans, family support offerings, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and voluntary benefits, and to enroll, visit BenefitsConnect at ynhhs-benefits.org.

If you do not enroll during open enrollment, your current benefits elections will carry over to 2025. However, to participate in Flexible Spending Accounts and the Health Savings Account (if enrolled in the high-deductible health plan) you must elect contributions for these accounts each year.
