One day just wasn’t enough

Bridgeport Hospital’s Department of Graduate Medical Education stretched Resident and Fellow Appreciation Day into a month-long celebration in February, with weekly treats such as luncheons and gift bags. “Every day, our residents and fellows contribute to high-quality and safe patient care. They work long hours and often in stressful situations,” said Karen A. Hutchinson, MD, department chair. “We were happy to recognize these great physicians and say, ‘Thank you for all you do.’”
