It is a key tool in reducing readmissions, boosting patient satisfaction scores and coordinating care back into the community setting.

A fresh look with new, user-friendly features launches this month on HRConnect, the YNHHS employee online HR information and resources site. The upgrades will enhance the employee digital experience when searching for HR-related services and information and improve the onboarding process for new employees and their hiring managers.
A longtime Yale New Haven Hospital employee, Scotti Williams swears by Yale New Haven Health’s Know Your Numbers (KYN) Plus annual wellbeing program, now underway throughout the health system. Williams has participated in KYN Plus since its inception in 2013 and encourages others to reap the benefits.
